GroundUp is a research team and practice based in the Northern Institute, Charles Darwin University. We undertake collaborative research and consultancy work designed to produce generative outcomes for the people, places and organisations we work with.
Ground Up Monitoring and Evaluation takes seriously the authority and sovereignty of Aboriginal Elders and their various places, working with local Aboriginal researchers to design design agreed processes for monitoring and evaluating service delivery.
GroundUp monitoring and evaluation engages:
- Aboriginal knowledge and governance authorities and local researchers
- Government (and nongovernment) organisations
- Academic contributions from both Aboriginal and Western scholarly traditions
On this website we provide examples of sense-making tools, methods and processes of Ground Up M&E which maybe of interested to Aboriginal government and non-government organisations, as well as examples of past projects.
